Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Sale items, gift cards, and customized products are non-returnable, unless they are defective or damaged.
How to Initiate a Return

- Approval: Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions and a return shipping address.
- Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
- Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.
Exchanges
- If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, follow the same steps for returns.
- Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the replacement item at no additional cost (domestic exchanges only).
Defective or Incorrect Items
